What is our metabolism anyway? Is it just the thing that makes us skinny or fat? Not exactly. The metabolism is a complicated system of interactions that add up to make us feel great, energized, healthy, and balanced. Or if it’s burnt out it can make us feel tired, sluggish, depressed, at the whim of our cravings, and can cause damage to our health. 🙋‍♀️Follow me b/c I’m going to be exploring more about metabolism, how it impacts our health specifically for women, and what we can do to make it work for us not against us💪🥗🥩🥑
