— BAKED BRIE TOPPED w/ CARAMELIZED ONIONS and BACON
• chop bacon into smaller pieces, cook, and scoop it into a bowl
• sautée the onions in the bacon grease adding a pinch of salt and @swervesweetie brown sugar then add bacon back in the pan and mix together
• wrap the Brie in tinfoil and bake for 15 minutes – unwrap and top it with the bacon/onion mixture and bake until the Brie starts oozing
• TIP: I used @unbunfoods unbaguette by cutting it into small slices and toasting them!
