As someone who’s not because I want to be but because I must, finding recipes that bring my favourite glutinous foods to life are always a challenge. I’ve been after the perfect recipe for that’s also tasty, soft, has good flavour, and toasts well without crumbling. At long last, I’ve found one that’s super simple with wholesome ingredients with no and no eggs.
Although this recipe is meant for followers, I see no reason why I can’t adopt it as a staple into my kitchen as simply a gluten free bread. A lot of people put in hard work to come up with these recipes after trials, fails and wasting expensive ingredients, so I’m thankful to those who got here before I did so all I had to do was follow and adapt.
