Happy friggin y’all! It’s insane to me that there’s only 3 years between these pictures!

Flashback to 2017 Amber. I was in a toxic relationship, felt physically & mentally stuck, had tried & failed to get healthier more times than I can count, and had to pretend to come off as confident as I portrayed.
.
Fast forward to 2020 Amber. I worked up enough courage to leave that toxic relationship behind me and in return formed a better relationship with MYSELF & found the healthiest romantic relationship I could have ever wished for! I am no longer holding myself back from living my best life. I have come SO far in my mental health journey and I continue to work on it every single day, even when it’s hard. I’ve lost over 160 pounds. And my confidence comes from truly loving & respecting myself more than I ever have before!

Progress. Takes. Time. The more you rush to make it happen, the more you’re setting yourself up to fail. Enjoy the journey and remember that it’s about so much more than the number on the scale!

How you feel, think, and look at yourself matter just as much! It HAS to be a WHOLE transformation in order for it to stick! You can’t fix all of your problems by losing weight. You have to address everything else along the way! And if you do, you’ll set yourself up for a sustainable, happy, healthy life you’ll love!
